| Duties: | Review menus prior to preparation of food
Assist with meal preparation
Portion and serve food according to established menus
Wash dishes
Clean kitchen
Work with facility Dietitian / food and nutrition services manager as necessary to implement recommended changes as required

| Qualifications: | • High school graduate or equivalent.
• Previous hospital and food service experience preferred, but not required.
• Able to communicate effectively in English. |
